Data Protection Officer = Responsible The General Data Protection Law establishes the concept of this professional: Art. 5 For the purposes of this Law, the following are considered: VIII – responsible: person appointed by the controller and operator to act as a communication channel between the controller, data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
